Sex Offender Management Symposium

Designed to foster communication between all agencies including federal, state & local agencies, parole, probation and district attorneys. Our goal is to provide an environment of collaboration as well as exposure to new trends, technology, and laws that affect the day to day operations of sex offender management. This course is non state specific so there is something for everyone, including those tasked with monitoring juvenile offenders. 

Topics Covered

We cover the following topics in all of our symposiums and so much more. Symposiums get changed and updated annually to include input from previous attendees. For 2025 we are excited to add additional sections on Sex Offender Evaluations such as the Static 99 and the "Look" assessments. 

Containment Method

We teach the Federally Mandated containment method from background to practical application

Our goal is to provide as many low to no cost resources to our students as possible.

Covering current legal issues and trends regarding this very specific community.

Justin Moyer

Justin has been a law enforcement officer in the State of California for nearly 20 years. Throughout his career he has worked numerous assignments such as K9, FTO, Defensive Tactics, Mobile Field Force, ICAC, and Sex Offender Supervision. Justin has found a calling in training law enforcement from across the country in ICAC Investigations and sex offender supervision and has been training hundreds of officers over the past 5 years. Justin prides himself on locating and providing low cost tools and resources to the law enforcement community and has been a featured speaker at the Techno Data and Security Conference as well as the California Robbery Investigators Association Conference in 2023. He is also the founder of Intellect LE, LLC and Inv-network who’s mission is to provide training, tools, and news to the ICAC and sex offender supervision communities.

Dr. Jennifer Weeks

Product Designer
Dr. Jennifer Weeks is the founder and director of Sexual Addiction Treatment Services, an out-patient treatment program for out of control sexual behavior. She has almost 20 years’ experience treating individuals who commit sex crimes and all aspects of addiction, trauma, and sexual addiction. During that time she has assembled a staff of caring, compassionate professionals to assist in her goal of helping her clients heal.
Dr. Weeks graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University. She obtained her master’s degree in Psychology and her Ph.D. in Psychology from The University of Georgia.

She is a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist/Supervisor, Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinically Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist.

She is a recognized expert witness in the forensic specialty of sex offenders and sexual compulsivity. She frequently provides expert testimony in both county and federal courts. Dr. Weeks is a faculty member of the Northeast Counterdrug Training Center Polygraph Program and Inv-network where she trains law enforcement and probation/parole officers on sexual offending. She is also an adjunct professor at Moravian University where she teaches in the Graduate Clinical Counseling program.  
Dr. Weeks regularly provides continuing education to other therapists, attorneys, and presents at national conferences. Dr. Weeks is the author of the blog, Dr. Jen’s Recovery Readings as well as the prevention book, The New Age of Sex Education: How to Talk to Your Teen about Cybersex and Pornography in the Digital Age.
