Starting today, there is free training on Datapilot Desktop which can be found in the ICACnetwork training portal. Training is completely free, and if your agency does not currently have Datapilot, they are offering a no obligation 60 day trial that you can sign up for upon completing the course (limit one per agency). 

The course is also self paced and can be returned to at any time to refresh your memory on how to effectively use Datapilot Desktop.
